Our after school clubs enable schools and private organisations to run extra curricular
activities from Self Defense to Martial Arts tuition, which can be arranged at the end of
the school day.
Giving students a chance to exercise and expend pent up energies, and learn a life
saving skill at the same time.
All our Instructor's have many years of experience in running Martial Art classes for
children of the age of 5 years and up, and are currently running classes in Schools and
Sports Centres as well as running Martial Art clubs for all ages in the North London,
Home counties and even as far as Devon!
This service also provides parents extra time in collecting their child should timings be
difficult to collect at the normal school release time, and rest in the knowledge that their
child is in a safe place, being taught a life skill and having fun at the same time.
Coping with ADHD and learning difficulties:
Over the years of teaching Martial arts our instructors have found that both children and
adults with Adhd and special learning needs appear to have an affinity with Martial arts.
Our teaching style promotes the confidence, mental focus and control over self, added
to this the increased levels of activity assists the student to expend otherwise pent up
energy in a controlled and focused manor.
On many occasions new students and parents would come into the clubs with concerns
as to how there son or daughter would cope with such an activity, we are delighted to
say that after a few sessions with our Instructors that in many cases the student would
have made great progress, not only in their physical coordination and ability to work
with others around them, but their mental abilities both inside and outside of the club
has been noted to be greatly improved from testimonies given from parents or carers.
The techniques employed and support given by the instructors allows for the student to
build upon their confidence and ability to achieve, and because they are seeing like
minded individuals working to improve in areas they themselves may have already
achieved in, it appears to boost their confidence and interaction, this usually carries
over into their school and social lives too.
